We send an email personally to our customers with payment and rules. For small requirements, we have reduced the payment terms by 30 days and for bulk orders, it can take up to 90 days.
If a change is made by the customer side immediately before the production of our product, we can carry out this process and request written changes and payment updates by the customer’s purchasing team.
We also carry PDC, which is a postdated check.
We refund the same amount if the customer has made some serious changes to the contract before the products, if there is already a 100% payment made by the customer.
